Our Staff
New Beginnings Preschool is staffed with a full complement of professionals for instruction, spiritual guidance, and business administration.
TEACHING AND CHILD CARE STAFF
Our teachers are credentialed in early childhood education and development; with degrees in education, psychology, sociology and related fields. They bring significant expertise and experience to the class.
Our teaching assistants are fully trained in classroom procedures, lessons and activities, and teaching methods. Many of our assistants are in the process of earning their teaching credentials as well. All bring professionalism and life experience to our learning environment.
All staff members attend continuing education programs in a variety of areas, including child development, health and safety, CPR/First Aid, positive guidance and discipline, and classroom management.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
New Beginnings Preschool Board of Directors is comprised of the School Director, members of Grace Lutheran Church, parents of enrolled students, and members of the community. The Board provides strategic oversight for the successful operation and growth of the school.
